OLG Slots at Ajax Downs, 2008
OLG Slots at Ajax Downs asked us to create a campaign that would inspire positive memories in their patrons and outstanding customer service from staff. The campaign includes buttons and two scorecards, one for patrons to commend staff and another for co-workers to commend each other. This program has become an invaluable asset to OLG at Ajax Downs, in promoting customer satisfaction as part of their marketing efforts.
